Greetings everyone,
So great that your interests on assisting in us all getting on top of one of pressing issues on our coasts.
The plan is by its nature somewhat loose as i hardly expected this to get on the news and the interest taken in this crucial subject. I'd love to see the whole thing tighten up o it is not a grueling exerise, but one that is a habit of "good house keeping and individual responsibility for the collective good".
This is going to be a progressive effort and initially we will note where heavy waste that may need heavy machinery for a later collection. But importantly please submit details o where these materials are.
Thanks to National Solid Waste Authority are going to provide some bags and gloves on the beaches from six am, these are the usual and public beaches, we will confirm the details by midday Thursday 13.
If any one is currently aware of some HOTSPOTS please let us know. Perhaps we can direct some prepared efforts to them.
Of course the camera will also be a useful tool, capture the fun and frolics apart from the trash.
So lets get out there and have a good time, making the difference we all want to see.
And of course, cover up, slather up for the sun ... as the man says...
Good ideas and assistance welcomed !
Thanks
